1- 2 COLOR VIYNL
Vinyl printing is a single-color print method best used for rush jobs, as well as clients wanting an alternative look to the traditional ink style methods like screen printing. New techniques involving gold and iridescent foils, puff vinyl, as well as the highly reflective 3M material, fall under this category of printing.
These types of printing utilize a computer and vinyl machine to cut your design into vinyl and is then heat pressed onto the garment. If you only have 1 or 2 colors in a design, this is a great option.
For printable vinyl, the best formats for a print-ready file are Adobe Illustrator vector files.
There are no minimums for vinyl printing.
FULL COLOR PRINTS
The full-Color print method uses a plastisol to press your design on a garment. This is a high-quality process that is meant for designs with solid colors. You can use an unlimited number of colors and print on any desired print location with the exception of going over seams.
The largest template we use for this method is 11.7 x 16.5 inches and can accommodate designs that fit within that space.
Printing across areas, such as front-to-sleeve cannot be achieved with this method.
If a client is not using our graphic design team for art assistance, we ask that all designs be sent to us as print-ready files. The best formats for a print-ready file are Adobe Illustrator vector files or high-resolution (at least 300 DPI) Photoshop (PSD) files.
The minimum for full-color prints is 10 units per design.
TRUCKER HATS
Customize your hat! A nice and stylish hat can be great for group activities or just personal use. Truckers can be done in full-color or vinyl prints.
The largest template we use for truckers is 5.8 x 2.6 and can fit any design within that space.
For 1- 2 color vinyl on hats, there are no minimums
For full color on hats, the minimum is 10
STICKERS
One of the best ways to promote a brand is a clean-cut sticker because everyone loves a good sticker. We offer 1 color stickers made with the design of your choice. If a client is not utilizing our graphic design team for art assistance, we ask that all designs be sent to us as print-ready files. Print-ready meaning an Adobe Illustrator vector file. Stickers can be purchased on the home page.
The minimum is 25 stickers.

Our team will talk to you through email to make sure that we get your design perfect. Once we have an outline of your design, we will provide a draft for your comments as soon as possible. We will work with you to achieve the design you want.
For new clients the set-up fee is 40$
